Our minds are magnets, constantly attracting our thoughts and beliefs into our reality, whether negative or positive. From material wealth to finding love, our repeated thoughts affect the physical world around us just as much as they influence our mood. How do we shift our steamrolling thoughts in the direction we want? It all comes down to this one simple law that will change your reality for as long as you consistently practice it. We’re talking about the Law of Gratitude, of course. 

Expressing gratitude has been scientifically proven to profoundly impact mental health by shifting one away from a lack mindset ripe with negative emotion to a positive perspective that activates our brain’s happy hormones. With gratitude, you can use the Law of Attraction to be a magnet and change your life for the better. Switching our mindset from lack to thankful shifts our energetic field to attract abundance, allowing us to bring in more of what we want from life rather than scaring it away with low vibrational energy. 

Gratitude is essentially the essence of manifestation. Without it, you’ll never be able to attract with ease and plentitude.

Morgan who said, Millionaires don’t use astrology, billionaires do.) When we connect ourselves to the universe, you'll find that our lives become effortlessly joyous and enriching.

 Using gratitude to strip away negative emotions and limiting beliefs simultaneously clears the path for your manifestations.
