Lavender Bliss

We've thrown in some chopped lavender flowers – not just for looks, but for an extra layer of relaxation — plus, lavender is your ticket to unwinding from the daily That Girl duties.

The Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of your preferred milk (almond, coconut, or oat)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or organic maple syrup (adjust to taste preference)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 capsules of ashwaganda vitamin or powder

  • 1 capsule of turkey tail vitamin

  • 3 droppers Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil (3 full droppers)

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of chopped lavender flower

The Guide

  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat your milk of choice over low-medium heat. Be careful not to boil it; you want it warm and comforting.

  2. Add the honey or organic maple syrup and stir until it's dissolved into the milk.

  3. Gradually add in the vitamins + spices: ashwaganda, turkey tail, buckthorn seed oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, ginger, and salt. Continue to whisk gently yet thoroughly.

  4. Finally, stir in the vanilla extract and keep warming the mixture until it's steaming but not boiling. You can either work in the lavender now, or add it on top.

  5. Pour your aromatic moon milk into a mason jar or large mug, Don't forget a dash of cinnamon and lavender on top for a Pinterest worthy finish.
