PODDIES TO FOLLOW IN 2024 IF YOU’RE LEVELING UP

NOOD
from saving, investing, defining success, building wealth, entrepreneurship, you name it. So Money feels like an intimate and inclusive conversation packed with high-value takeaways that will literally change your financial future. There are over 1600 episodes, most of which are 30 minutes long, so you can easily habit-stack it into your commute or daily routines. And, let’s face it, you’ll never run out of episodes.
2. Why Won’t You Date Me
If you love a cheeky dating story, add Why Won’t You Date Me to your queue. Self-proclaimed “perpetual singleton” Nicole Byer (you’ll know her from her comedy and acting work) invites other comedians, actors, friends, and ex-lovers to share their juicy dating tales and advice for other singles playing the field and looking for a laugh.
3. Normal Gossip
I’m all for some hot gossip (sue me). Which is why Normal Gossip is one of my go-to poddies. The hour-long episodes dive into the utterly strange, incredibly funny gossip of complete strangers that you can totally joke at and judge. No harm, no foul—it’s amazing. Imagine hearing an outrageous bit of gossip from your bestie about her coworker you’ve never met. Normal Gossip is like that but better and with over 40+ episodes to tune in to.
4. Guilty Feminist
Breaking down the patriarchy one podcast at a time. Comedian Deborah Frances-White starts each episode with “I’m a feminist but…” before exploring feminist topics and why so many women (me included) feel guilty about not being “feminist” enough. This is a poddie I’d recommend ALL women to listen to and lighten their load. She even does episodes watching the “And Just Like That” series (shoutout to my fellow SATC fans).
5. Maintenance Phase
If you’re on the ~ I’m so over wellness fads ~ train, you’ll love listening to Maintenance Phase. Hosts Aubrey Gordon and Michael Hobbes unpack wellness trends – like getting 10,000K steps, Ozempic, and the rise of apple cider vinegar – and spill the tea on what’s useful knowledge and what’s total B.S. The no-frills deep dive into all things wellness is refreshing and fills my cup with some healthy skepticism.
6. Two Idiot Girls
Podcasts that feel like you’re on the phone chatting sh*t with your bestie or sister are honestly everything. Listening to Two Idiot Girls is that exactly—a silly, laugh-out-loud, non-filtered sister chat. In addition to making you giggle nonstop, Drew and Deison Afualo bring an authentic recap of sisterhood and friendships that keep things lighthearted and fun.
7. Girls That Invest
Want to learn how to start investing? Honestly, same. That’s why I’m listening to Girl’s That Invest any chance I get. Hosts Sim and Sonya spill the money-green tea on investing, growing wealth, and building that seven-figure startup (without all the boring business jargon). I especially love the episode “How This Intern Became a 6 Figure Business Owner” with Bri Barrett because they explore topics like manifestation and personal growth with valuable $$ and career advice.
8. Comment Section
For people who post online and have thousands upon thousands of followers, I imagine the comment section as someplace you want to avoid. Not Drew, each week she goes DOWN in the comments with guests to explore the comment section of their tagged TikTok vids. It’s candid. It’s real. And you walk away feeling better about yourself (dust off those haters, babe).
9. She’s On The Money
She’s On The Money is one of the best financial podcasts in the game. Every week, money expert Victoria Devine sits down to share her foolproof tips for women who want to be financially free and in control of their future. There are also inspiring stories from real women who have transformed their lives and broken down negative money mindsets to achieve their dreams. I honestly love all the eps, and you walk away with super solid advice.
10. The Nourished Woman
Wrapping up with a Noodie favorite, The Nourished Woman is a safe space for women looking to improve their lives. It’s everything we love here at Nood—an open convo about women’s wellness, spirituality, healthy hormones, affordable ways to heal from the inside out, and so much more.
Happy listening, loves.
